●If you have any questions, please contact the front desk at extension 1.
●Emergency exits are located at the central staircase and the end of each floor.
●We cannot provide the dinner or the breakfast on the same day.
A reservation is required at least three days in advance.
●There is no ice machine in the hotel.
If you want ice, please purchase ice cubes at the souvenir shop or order room service. (cost 330 yen)
●The check-out time is 10 am. If you will depart before 7 am, please make your payment by 9 pm the previous day.

We offer a variety of products, including Ibusuki’s specialty goods, unique souvenirs from Kagoshima.
【Yoga Room】

Stretching your body before going to bed or after wake up in morning.
For the beginners follow the instruction show on video.
【Resting Area】
You can use this space to relax while waiting for your companions after a bath.
We provide massage chairs and beverages for your convenience.
【Smoking Area】
The smoking area is located on the 2nd floor next the entrance door.
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all guestrooms,including the room balcony.
A fine (30,000 yen) will be imposed for any violations for rehabilitation and cleaning.
