【About yukata or bathrobe】

We have large and medium yukata available in the room.

If you require a different size, please feel free to inform the front desk.

For adults: Extra Large (180 cm) / Large (170 cm) / Medium (160 cm) / Small (150 cm)

For children: M (140 cm) / S (120 cm) / SS (100 cm) / SSS (80 cm)

【Refrigeration and Freezing Service】

To ensure your comfort in the room, we use a ‘low-noise, vibration-free’ quiet compact refrigerator in the guest rooms.

Since items at room temperature take time to cool down, if you need rapid cooling, please request it at the front desk (call extension ①).
Frozen items will be stored at the front desk.

【Using Internal Telephone】

Dial the recipient’s room number directly.

【About operating the air conditioner】

You can set your preferred temperature using the control panel on the wall.

Touch the panel once to illuminate the screen, and touch it again to operate.

【Room Service Ice】

There is no ice maker machine within the hotel.

If you need ice, you can purchase block ice at the shop or request it through room service (330 yen).
